Today Thursday

Mornin' girls!! My morning devotions took the form of a devotional cd, on the way to taking Austin to school this morning. If any of you would like a copy of the devotional cd's, just let me know and I'll make a copy of them (there's 2).

Ephesians 5:15,16 HCSB
"Pay careful attention, then, to how you walk--not as unwise people but as wise-- making the most of the time, because the days are evil."

And then it said: Today is a gift from God with an expiration date. But, the value will never expire if you put it to wise use. I have to admit. I have not been a good steward of my time. I desperately need to get my house in order. (I am thankful that someone in my pastor's family brought me some sourdough bread starter. I, however am horrified, because I was not home and someone in that family came in my house. HOPEFULLY IT WAS ONE OF THE BOYS!!)

But, to get myself in the mood to clean house, you wanna know what Scripture I turn to?? I found one!! Here goes.

Deuteronomy 23:9-14 (New International Version)

Uncleanness in the Camp
9 When you are encamped against your enemies, keep away from everything impure. 10 If one of your men is unclean because of a nocturnal emission, he is to go outside the camp and stay there. 11 But as evening approaches he is to wash himself, and at sunset he may return to the camp.

12 Designate a place outside the camp where you can go to relieve yourself. 13 As part of your equipment have something to dig with, and when you relieve yourself, dig a hole and cover up your excrement. 14 For the LORD your God moves about in your camp to protect you and to deliver your enemies to you. Your camp must be holy, so that he will not see among you anything indecent and turn away from you.

Oh, what would I do if the LORD stopped by??? I suffer from CHAOS "Can't Have Anyone Over Syndrome". I did much better when I was on my flylady routines. If you don't know what I'm talking about, you can go to www.flylady.net. It's an awesome site.

Well, I have to get busy, if anyone feels a burden to clean someone else's house, COME ON OVER!!

Love Ya'll, have a great day!

P.S. I'm afraid if anyone responds that their house is totally in order I will not be able to exercise the fruit of the spirit!!

Only 56 days to get my house clean!!! Can I do it???? Eventually maybe. love ya! Thanks for the encouragement.
