FINALLY FRIDAY!!

Woo Hoo, and I'm excited that Fall break has started and there is no school today!!!!!

Sorry, Mornin' Ladies!! I'm a little excited today, can you tell???

Ok, I have a few quotes from different devotionals today, and you see if God is trying to tell me (or maybe even you) something.

"I venture to suggest that the one vital quality which the great saints had in common was spiritual receptivity. They differed from the average person in that when they felt the inward longing they did something about it. They acquired the lifelong habit of spiritual response." A.W. Tozer

**That one kinda sounds like Bible study on Wed. night, don't ya think?

"God's primary goal is our ultimate good, not our comfort or short-term happiness- He wants what is best for us in light of eternity. At times this means He'll lay us flat on our backs for a season. If you experience such hardship, do pray for healing, but also pray for His message to you in your sickness."

"God didn't say 'oops'. He knew all about it.........When we go throught the accidents of life, we need to jump into our Heavenly Father's arms. And we hope when it is all over, we look back and say, "It was fun, God!" We will go for some rides in this life. We might as well go through them hugging Jesus. He isn't too busy, He isn't surprised, and He's still in control."

"Now as I ponder my calendar... my time... I pray with renewed desire, "Lord, I want to hear Your Word, live Your Word. This must be my priority. Teach me to apply my heart to wisdom." I know that "wisdom" takes time. It's a process of waiting, studying, listening-looking for the big picture to fulfill the purpose for our lives that God has for each of us. Prayerfully consider your own life now. Is the way you are spending you time taking you toward a life of wisdom? We are all given the gift of our lives - this portion of time - and how we spend it is up to us. Scripture says, "Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom. And in all your getting, get understanding" Prov. 4:7"

I hope all these little devotions have touched you this morning.

Love Ya'll!!
