Mornin' Gals! If you were unable to come to the business meeting last night, here are some recaps. Ladies that were there, feel free to add anything or correct me if I'm wrong on something.
1. Bonfire and Hayride is Oct 24th (the Saturday before Halloween) at 5:30.
2. We decided not to vote on Thanksgiving dinner time yet, as we are waiting to see what baby Joshua thinks about it. We'll discuss it at the next business meeting on Nov 1st.
3. You can now adopt a puppet!! Sister Tina seemed a little down when she found out that the puppets she bought were too small for our boys hands. So, this created a dilemma. We approved $250 for the puppet ministry, which included the stage. So, she was going to try to make them, but she needed help. She said she could start with 8-10 puppets, and the absolute cheapest she could find them was $40-45. There was several of us that chose to "adopt-a-puppet" last night. If you would like to, to adopt a full puppet we were donating $50, but I'm guessing if you want to donate any amount to the puppet ministry it would be appreciated!
4. There will be a Christmas Cantata this year!!
Hope you all have a wonderful day! Today is a little different for me because Donnie's at home, not feeling that great today (and I had to talk him into staying home!!)
Love ya'll!

I thought we were holding off on Thanksgiving to see how far the basement is for eating down there, I didn't think it was for Joshua. I makes no difference to me when it is.I thought we just wanted to be downstairs. Oh my he's not even here yet and stirring up trouble, what am gonna do with him. LOL
Hope Donnie gets to feeling better!
He's not stirring up trouble. I may have just had Joshua on my mind, and trying to make it easier, on ya'll, and have him old enough to be passed around. It may have been about the basement, but I guess I was going by what was on my mind. (small as it is!! LOL)
Ladies, I was so blessed last night at the meeting I couldn't hardly think, much less talk. I was only offering up suggestions and by no means did I ever expect an adoption to take place, little alone a entire puppet family adoption. I've have been praying for the kids to have puppets, so I had resolved to the idea of making them, which I was overwhelmed by the thought of getting 10 made by Christmas.
All I can say is God is awsome !!! I just love His unexpected blessing!!!!!
