Mint Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball
12 oz pkg. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
12 oz pkg. peppermint candies, crushed
8 oz pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. chopped pecans
chocolate sugar wafers
Blend chocolate chips, peppermint candies and cream cheese together; roll in pecans. Serve with chocolate sugar wafers.

I haven't tried this recipe, but it sounds good -- you can't go wrong with anything with chocolate in it.
